“Growin’ Up Country” isn’t just the name of his 2022 Josie Music Awards nominated single. It’s a familiar way of life for country music artist JAKE BRADLEY.

Born and raised in Arkansas, Jake started his career at the age of 12, first teaching himself to play guitar and then leading his church’s music program. Following a period of service in the U.S. Coast Guard, Jake has lived, traveled, and played guitar across the United States, from the U.S. Virgin Islands to the Pacific Northwest, and back to his current hometown of Savannah, Georgia.

Each of these places and friends Jake has made along the way, have indelibly influenced his musicmaking. His 2017 single, “Hold You Through the Storm,” written on the island of St. Thomas two days after Hurricanes Irma and Maria devastated the region, became a sort of anthem for islanders in the months that followed. His newest single, “Drink with Us,” released in 2023 with a forthcoming album, is a tribute to friends and fallen service members.

Today, Jake and his band are focused on what they love, traveling across the country, playing great music, and bringing people together whether through cover tunes or originals. Keep up with the band by following @jakebcountry on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter!
